Elsie Pearl Flowers Dugger, 85, died Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at Stoneybrook Health and Rehabilitation in Benton.
She was born May 7, 1925 to Elder Samuel Turner and Myrtle Morgan Flowers in Erick, Oklahoma.
She was born and raised in the Primitive Baptist faith and was a member of Fuller Chapel Primitive Baptist Church in North Little Rock. She was retired as an administrative assistant for the Rehabilitation Services of Arkansas.
Preceding her in death were her parents; five brothers; and two sisters.
She is survived by (the names of survivors have been omitted per FindAGrave guidelines.)
Funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel with Elder James Winston, Vernon Lee and Frank Blair officiating. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
