"HOWTH — Edwin S. Howth, aged 67 years, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. E. O. [Andress], 1814 Ave. M½, at 10 o'clock last night, after a protracted illness. Mr. Howth had lived in Galveston for about 20 years, having made his home with his sister, Mrs. [Andress]. The body will be sent to Hempstead and interred there tomorrow morning. Besides Mrs. [Andress], decedent is survived by a sister, Mrs. O. A. Watson, of Alta Loma; a brother, William Howth, of Allendale, N.J.; two nieces, Mrs. W. N. Selkirk and Mrs. S. H.
