Herbert Lovejoy, commercial aviator, was fatally injured and Sanders Gramling, son of a Miami physician, was seriously hurt when the plane in which they were flying went into a tail spin at an altitude of 2,500 feet, and fell to earth. Lovejoy's back was broken and he will die. Gramling sustained fracture of both legs and possibly internal injuries.
