Anniston — Funeral services for Lillian K. Young Triggs, 75, of Anniston, Ala., will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Chapel Hill Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Shane Burroughs. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery in Chattanooga, Tenn. Chapel Hill Funeral home is in charge of the arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 this evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Triggs died Tuesday, March 1, 2006 at RMC after a long illness.
She is survived by five sons, G. David Young, of Anniston, Ala., Michael Young, of Marietta, Ga., Ronald Young, Chattanooga, Tenn., Robert Young, Concord, Calif., and Joseph Young, of Anniston; daughter, Sheila Y. Styron, of Marble Hill, Ga.; two sisters, Margaret Petroff, of Panama City, Fla., and Elaine Elledge, of Pensacola, Fla.; 19 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be sons and Dennis Petroff. Mrs. Triggs was a native and life long resident of Anniston, Ala.
She was a member of Oxford Church of God.
