LAST RITES SET FOR MOTHER OF 10 CHILDREN
El Monte - Funeral services for Mrs Mary Ellen Dunkle, 61-year old El Monte housewife who left 10 children and 30 grandchildren when she died this week will be conducted Wednesday at 1:30 pm at the Church of the Latter Day Saints here.
Mrs Dunkle, who resided at 305 S Nevada Ave. was a resident of California for the past eight years. She was a native of Page County, Iowa.
Surviving are her husband Burr A; five daughters: Mrs Sylvia Cheek of South San Gabriel; Mrs Madeline Bunch of Arcadia; Mrs Delores Buckmaster of South Dakota; Mrs Agnes Rosenberger of Urbana IL and Mrs Belva Zitterkopf of Lincoln NE; five sons: Cecil of Omaha, NE; Arnold and Claire of El Monte, CA; Verl of Azusa and Dale Dunkle of Lincoln, NE; 30 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Interment with Schanel Mortuary in charge will be at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
