Isabbella married Charles R. McCoy July 21, 1866.

Lake Odessa Wave, 25 Feb 1921 Mrs. Charles McCoy one of the pioneers of our village and with her husband proprietors of the restaurant that has bourn that name since the village started, ceased her labors last Thursday and was laid to rest Sunday afternoon in Lake Side cemetery.

Mrs. McCoy was always cheerful and aside from her duties at her place of business was active in the Maccabee and Relief Corps lodges. Both of these orders will miss her loyalty and support. Mrs. McCoy was a member and worker in the Liberal U. B. church.

The restaurant will either be closed or rented to others as Mr. McCoy will go to live with his daughter, Mrs. Lake at Richmond, Michigan.

Obituary Mrs. Isabelle J. Aldrich McCoy was born August 18, 1847, departed this life February 17, 1921, age 71 years, 6 months. Mrs. Mccoy was the daughter of Rufus and Hannah Aldrich of Berlin township, Ionia county. July 21, 1866, Isabelle Aldrich was married to Charles McCoy and to this union came three children, Tracy R., Emma E., and Elizabeth C. Those remaining to mourn the death of Mrs. McCoy are the husband, two children, Tracy McCoy and Mrs. Guy Lake, two grandchildren, Chas. Lowcey and Arlie McCoy. Two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Chapple and Mrs. Martha Smith. Mrs. McCoy has been a resident of Lake Odessa for thirty-two years and leaves a host of friends to mourn their loss. Funeral was held in the First United Brethren church, Sunday at 2 o'clock p.m. Rev. C. H. Zuse officiating. Interment at Lake Side cemetery.
