Henderson-Funeral services for Arthur E. Thompson will be held today at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. George Cranford and Rev. Franklin Sheppard officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mr. Thompson died Friday in Henderson hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruth Thompson, Henderson; five sons, A. J., Oklahoma City, Okla.; Joe B., Magee, Miss.; Marlin B., Yoakum, Texas; Howard, Carrolton, Texas, and Harvey Thompson, LaMarque, Texas; two brothers, Grant Thompson, London, Texas and J. B. Thompson, Sexton.
