Funeral for Ozelle Sims, 76, of Trinity will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Caudle officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Sims died Wednesday, July 5, 2000, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born Nov. 25, 1923, in Lawrence County, to Edgar Alexander and Betty Robbins Alexander. She was a homemaker and a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Brian Sims of Charleston, S.C., and Richard Sims of Clarksville, Tenn.; three daughters, Sherry Sims of Oak Hill, Va., Bettye Hixson of Signal Mountain, Tenn., and Kimberly Sims of Trinity; one sister, Grace Terry of Moulton; and four grandsons.
Pallbearers will be Russ Beard, Paul Terry, Mike Jackson, Steve Jackson, Ed Alexander and Howard Bahr.
