OBITUARY- MRS. CHRISTENA HANA

Christena Burda Hana, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Burda, was born in Saunders County, Nebraska, July 15, 1877, and passed away at the Odell Hospital, November 21, 1945. She had reached the age of 68 years, 4 months and 6 days.

She was united in marriage December 31, 1896 to Mr. Amos Hana at Albin, Nebraska. To this union two daughters were born, one daughter passing away in infancy, and the other daughter being Mrs. Jessie Karas of Barnston, Nebraska, who survives her mother. Mr. Hana passed away August 6, 1924.

Besides her one daughter, Mrs. Hana leaves to mourn her passing, two grandchildren, Donna and Dolores Karas; four sisters, Mrs. Francis Scripture, Greeley, Nebr.; Ludmelia Purdy, Woodburn, Oregon; Barbara Johnson, Lingle, Wyoming; and Josephine Knopf, Ritterdale, Minn.; four brothers, Jim of Cedar Rapids, Nebr.; Joe of Primrose, Nebr.; Henry of Haris, Minn.; and Bernard of Ulm, Minn.

Mrs. Hana had lived in Table Rock for thirty-five years, during which time she ministered unto many in sickness and in health, in sorrow, and in joy. She was a good neighbor.
