John Savinelli was a 15 year old freshman at East Haven High School.He was on the East Haven Varsity Hockey team for school where he earned his letter and he played Junior Varsity for school also.He was playing for the Junior Hartford Wolfpack and he had a goal to return to the ice for school in September.He was so sweet and he always cheered everyone up.His friends loved him and his family did too.He was a scooch and a picky eater but give him what he likes and boy could he eat.He has hundreds of friends who loved him and cared about him.He died on June 5,2001 because he commited suicide and hung himself at school.We all miss him very much and wish that he was still here with us.
