MR. YOUNG GARRETT DEAD
HE PASSES PEACEFULLY AWAY AT HIS HOME, ON WASHINGTON STREET
Mr. Young Garrett died yesterday afternoon, after a week's illness.
Mr. Garrett was about fifty-two years of age and had long been connected with the Finley Furniture Company, first as bookkeeper and later as manager.
He will be buried from his residence, 248 Washington Street, at 3 o'clock this afternoon, at Oakland Cemetery. The following gentlemen acting as pallbearers:
Messers. L. H. Hall, A. Satsky, Phil Dodd, W. D. Woodson, Earnest F. Clark, A. C. Brisco and J. J. Meador.
Mr. Garrett leaves a loving wife and many friends who will mourn his death.
