She had been a resident of this county for many years, and was greatly loved and respected by all who knew her. She had been a member of the M. E. Church for forty years, and was a consistent Christian.
The funeral services were held at the house of her son-in-law, Peter Vanalstine, Friday afternoon, Rev. J. G. H. Armitstead preaching the funeral sermon. The remains were interred in the Gaylord Cemetery.
