Smiley Scott, aged 75 years, died at 7 a.m. Tuesday, November 25th, 1924, at the home of John Shirley, one mile north of Hope.
He is survived by one son, 2 daughters, several grandchildren and other relatives.
Funeral services at Pleasant Grove Church east of Norristown, Thursday at 1:30 P.M. conducted by Rev. John Ford and burial in adjoining cemetery.
