She is Sarah F "Sally" Watson, daughter of Thomas Watson Jr and Elizabeth Coates. She married Richard Grogan in 1811 in South Carolina. Her and Richard's children are:

She died in DeKalb County but is buried here in Paulding County.
Most if not all of the GROGANs buried in the Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery are her descendants.
