Dugan was a career soldier, whom served in Berlin in WWII, & Korea as a Major in the U.S. Army.

After getting out of the service in 1964, Dugan became a popular Office supply salesman and later, owned and operated Wildcat Printing.

Dugan left 4 sons, 2 step-children, and many grand-children.

Dugan survived his second wife, and great love, Wanda, by 2 1/2 days, willing himself to depart.
