Mrs Mary Myatt dies here.
Funeral services for Mrs.Mary Myatt,who died at the reside of her son,B.R.Myatt in Houston,Tuesday,March 7,was conducted from the Harmony Baptist Church,near Amory,with the Rev.Mr.Overton of Fulton officiating.
Interment was in the Gilliam Cemetery.
Mrs Myatt ,who was 86 years of age,was born in Monroe County,where she resided most of her life.
She was a Baptist.
The deceased had been in failing health for the past 15 years.
She leaves her husband,W.C.Myatt;four sons:J.R. of Amory and B.R.,A.N.and E.A.Myatt of Houston;four daughters:Mrs Ollie Scott of Amory,Mrs.Benny Walker of Smithville,Mrs.Luther Howell of Amory and Miss Mary Lou Myatt of Jackson and one sister,Mrs John Riley of Aberdeen.
Nineteen grand children and six great grand children also survive.
