Record of Birth No 37: In the year 1833 on the 19th of the Month of May at 3 o'clock in the afternoon the following appeared before us, Johannes Theelen the mayor and civil registrar of the community of Neer, district of Roermond, Province of Limburg: Theodoor Naus aged 35 years a farmer residing in this community who has shown us a child of the male sex born at Neer yesterday on the 18th of the current month of May at 7 o'clock in the evening to him, the informant, and Johanna Ramakers his wife and to which he declares he is giving the name Adrianus. The aforementioned presentation and declaration was made in the presence of Willem Theelen aged 23 years and Casper Landour aged 51 years both farmers residing at Neer and the father and first witness have signed this record with us after it was read aloud and the second witness declared he is unable to write
