The Sentinel—Jan. 10, 1918

Deaths—Miss Myrtle Luke was born near Memphis, Missouri, March 16, 1891, and moved with her parents to Knox County at an early age. She married Robert Keith, Jr., in May 1912. Her husband and one son, James Louis, age 3, five brothers, Fred, Guy, Simon, Bum and Cecil and two sisters, Mrs. William Raine and Mrs. Nora Gill survive. She had been in very poor health the last year, and had suffered great agony. She realized there was no hopes for her recovery and took her own life by shooting herself Wednesday morning, Dec. 26, 1917.

1977Jim Keith tells V. O. Waibel and me (Jr. Wilkerson) at the time of Ruth's death, that his dad, mother, granddad, grandmother and a brother were buried North of where Ruth is buried (see flower). These five graves have no markers.
