LCAP 4/19/1998 Funeral services for Henry Massie Boone, 68, will be at 1pm Monday, April 20, in Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Alan Weishampel will officiate. Burial will be in Lacassine Cemetery. Visitation is 3-10pm today and from 8am Monday. Mr. Boone died at 11:57am Friday, April 17, 1998, in a local hospital.
A native of Amarillo, Texas,and a resident of Iowa since 1947, he was a graduate of Slocom. High School in Slocom, Texas. He worked for Natali Farm Supply for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Ardoin Boone of Iowa; one daughter, Janet Cassia of Iowa; two brothers, Albert Boone of Elkart, Texas, and Howard Boone of Grapeland, Texas; two grandchildren: and two great-grand-children.
