CULBREATH, Mrs. Gary A. age 56, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 8, 2010. Born on October 10, 1953 in Atlanta, GA to the late Eva and Willie Adams she was a resident for many years. She also preceded in death by (2) sisters and (3) brothers. She is survived by her husband, Lon C. Culbreath; (1) sister, Ella D. Byrd; (1) brother, Rickey Adams; (4) step-daughters, Ronda Brent, Vernelle Kelly, Arretta Patterson and Cathy Culbreath; (3) step-sons, Robert Brent, Jr., David and Dewayne Culbreath; (27) grandchildren; (25) great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Homegoing Service 11:00a.m., Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at THOMAS FUNERAL HOME, 4520 SALEM AVE., TROTWOOD, with Bishop Lewis Robinson, officiating.
