Virgil Claude Hagenmaier, 53, owner of the Commercial Citrus Co. here, died Wednesday (Dec. 2, 1964) in Good Samaritan Hospital. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback. Requiem High Mass will be sung at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Francis Xavier Church, 4715 N. Central. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery.

Mr. Hagenmaier, 330 W. Holly, moved to Phoenix from Randolph, Kansas, 28 years ago. He was born in Randolph.

Surviving are his wife, Virginia; a son, Ernest, and a daughter, Janice, both of Phoenix; two brothers, Marvin of Phoenix; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Bowman of Wichita, Kansas; his mother, Mrs. Lois Hagenmaier of Phoenix; and his father, Emil Hagenmaier of Wichita.
