Daughter of Charles Emmett Couch (1891-1981) & Ada Fay Davis Couch (1891-1969) and raised in Rock Island, Ill. Married Ray Evan McNeal (1917-1962) Nov. 15, 1941 in Missouri. Family moved to Anaheim, California in 1957. Widowed in 1962, she and her younger children moved to Lake Elsinore, Ca. in 1968. She ran the Lake Elsinore Cleaners on Main St. until her retirement. Died in 1995 from emphysema at age 73.
Her children are Larry Ray McNeal (1943-2010), Judy Fay McNeal Burlingham, Tarry Ray McNeal and Valarie Fay McNeal Smith.
Siblings are Beulah Lucille Couch Viren Geyssens (1916-1988), Robert Emmett Couch (1919-2001), William Arthur Couch (1925-1992) and Margaret Alice Couch Steele. (1927-2016)
