LILLIAN MELINDA SCOTT, 94, of Horton, died Dec. 18, 2009, at TLC Nursing Center. Born in Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Lidell and Mary Lett Rigsby.

Surviving are sons Claud (Evelyn) Scott Jr., Boyd Ray (Nancy) Scott, and Randall (Carol) Scott; grandchildren Barry (Gina) Scott, Gary (Ami) Scott, Kevin Scott, Patrick Scott, Janine (Jeff) Colbaugh, Leah (Jess) Gilbert, Chrissy (Matthew) Cleveland, and Heather Scott; great-grandchildren Clay Duncan, Cris Duncan, Blake Scott, Luke Scott, Alex Scott, Evan Scott, and Andrew Gilbert; sisters Bonnie Sandy and Mozell Allison.

Billy Lett officiated services Saturday, Dec. 19, at 1 p.m. at Snead Chapel Funeral Home. Burial was at Douglas Cemetery. Pallbearers were Barry Scott, Gary Scott, Kevin Scott, Patrick Scott, Matthew Cleveland, and Clay Duncan.
