Karen A. Bell, 47, died Monday, Jan. 21, 2002, at Wirth Memorial Hospital in Oakland City of an automobile accident in Pike County. She was an ombudsman. Surviving are her husband, Michael; two daughters, Kara Lynn and Jennifer Michelle Bell; a son, Brian Michael; and two sisters, LaRae Sorrell and Alicia MacMunn. Services will be at 11 a.m. EST Friday at Gospel Center Church, with burial in Beadles Cemetery in Winslow. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Friday at Harris Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. to service time at the church.
