Phoebe petitions the Court of Pleas, Randolph County, North Carolina in November 1826 as the relict of Jacob Hinshaw without support, needing to dispose of husbands land a property or settle it on her/his children. He may have died in Indiana, as shown, but I could not find a record of it. Phoebe was definitely in North Carolina.
