Mrs. Ada Green, 71, Dies Here Saturday
Mrs. Ada Green, 71, widow of the late John W. Green, died at 9:20 p.m. Saturday at the home of a son, Cecil Green, on Union street in Providence.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Fred Gardner and Mrs. Cleadis Burklow, Providence; three sons, Cecil of Providence, Rice E., of Detroit, Mich., and Edward of Dayton, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at the home at 2 p.m. Monday, with the Rev. Carroll Yarbrough of Princeton officiating.
Burial was in Lakeview cemetery.
