Obit: Mr. B.F. Dofflemoyer died at his home near Grove Hill, this county, last Sunday morning. Mr. Dofflemoyer had been in failing health for about a year, and for the last three months had been confined to his home for the greater part of the time. Dropsy was the immediate cause of his death. He was a good man in every sense of the term- upright and honest in all of his dealings. He was a member of the Baptist church, and his funeral was preached by his kinsman, Rev. Mr. Dofflemoyer, the large concourse of relatives and friends in attendance upon his funeral last Monday attested the high regard in which he was held by his friends and neighbors.
