Wife of Mae Bell Britt. Before he married Mae Bell Britt, he was the husband of her sister Elizabeth "Lizzie" Britt who died of pneumonia at the age of 21. William & Lizzie had 3 sons, Purvis Madden and twins Richard Earl and William Ernest. William and Mae had 6 children, Myrtle, Aubrey Henry, Velma, Agnes, Jack and Valerie.

RESIDENT'S FATHER ATTACK VICTIM, SERVICES MONDAY
Funeral services for W. R. Madden, 84, father of Mrs. G. G. Grant of Bastrop, will be held at 3 pm Monday at the Harmony Chapel Methodist Church near Ruston with burial in Harmony Chapel Cemetery.

Mr. Madden, a lifelong resident of Dubach, died early Sunday of a heart attack.

Mrs. Max White of Snyder, Texas
