Died on the the Island of Oahu at Straub Clinic and Hospital of Cardiac Arrest.
She had Heart problems for years, had had 3 open heart surgeries. 3 of her 5 children [the youngest 3] had open heart surgeries also, the youngest boy, Mike died from a heart attack.
She was proceded in death by both parents, son Michael Lee "Mike", daughter Sandra Gene "Sandy", both husbands, all siblings
