Allen County, Indiana
July 23, 1879
The funeral of the late Mrs. David H. Colerick, on Saturday afternoon, was very largely attended, showing in what high estimation the deceased was held. The remains looked exceedingly life like and natural, although death occurred early last Wednesday. Rev. C. C. Tate, of Trinity Church, conducted the services in a very impressive manner, at the family residence, No. 88 East Berry street. The singing was very sweet, Miss Jessie Wathers displaying her fine voice to good advantage. The body was followed to Lindenwood Cemetery, the place of interment, by a very long procession.
