Surviving are his daughter, Deborah (Joe) Schaaf of Fort Wayne; brothers, Willis of Fort Wayne and Gene of Dallas, Texas; sister, Norma Boor of Long Beach, Calif.; two grandchildren, Brittany and Lindsay; and companion, Doris Tillinger of Fort Wayne.
