"Harry H. Grindle, 74, died of heart ailment early Tuesday evening at his home on Salem Road. Born in Washingtonville, Sept. 19, 1892, he was a son of George and Fanny Hale Grindle, and had resided in Canfield township the past 46 years, where he engaged in truck farming. He attended the Canfield United Presbyterian church. Surviving are his wife, the former Helen Marie Calvin, to whom he was married March 22, 1919; two daughters, Mrs. Vera Davis of Youngstown and Mrs. Phyllis Cashon of Canfield; a sister, Mrs. Mary Shuster of Canton; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. Charles Fulcomer, will be held at 11;30 a.m. Friday at the Williams Funeral Home and interment made in Canfield cemetery."
