Malvina Morin was the daughter of Medard/Medor Morin and Marie Thibeault.
Born in Quebec about 1844, she married Jean Baptiste Dupont, Jan. 01, 1870 in St. Mary's Church, Champlain, NY. After they had several children, they left NY, passed through Springfield, MA (1887-88) and settled in Worcester, MA. where Jean B. worked in the mills.

Malvina died in the St. Francis Home, Thorne St., Worcester, MA. Her funeral was held at St. Joseph's Church, Worcester,MA and she was buried in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester, MA. in "Free Ground".. No section, lot number recorded and no marker for her or her husband Jean B.Dupont. Don't know if they are even side by side.

Malvina (Morin) Dupont, aged 82 years, widow of John B. Dupont, died yesterday at St. Francis Home, died Street(that is what is written in the paper) She was born in Canada and has made her home in Worcester for 4 years.(that is what it says, but she was here longer than 4 yrs.) She leaves one son, Henry Dupont of Worcester. The private funeral will be from Alfred Roy & Son Funeral Home this morning, with a High mass of requiem in St. Joseph's Church, 7 o'clock AM."
