Adrian T. "Bud" Millwood of Lexington, 75, died on Friday, December 23, 2005 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.

Funeral services were held on Monday, December 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Southern Funeral Home chapel in Lexington. Bro. Harold Schmidt and Bro. Joel Smith conducted the service with burial in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Lexington.

Mr. Millwood was born on May 25, 1930 in Humphreys County, the son of Jesse Millwood and Eva Smith Millwood. He was a millwright with B. E. & K. and Daniels Construction. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Durant.

Survivors include: his wife, Jean P. Millwood of Lexington; a son, Harold Upchurch of Lexington; seven daughters, Marilyn Branham and Yvonne Adams, both of Columbia, South Carolina; Patty Clementi of Birmingham, Alabama; Patty Rushing of Natchez; Cheri Grice of Vicksburg; Tina Upchurch and Adrianna Upchurch, both of Lexington; fourteen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were: Kris Upchurch, Kyle Upchurch, Trey Upchurch, Donnie Holder, Tony Holder, Dustin Williams, and Joey Clementi.

Honorary pallbearers were: Greg Adcock, Elbert Keith, Edgar Caldwell, Jean Thompson, Alex Upchurch, Joel Smith, John Downer, Larry Mayo, J. T. Keen, Jerry Grice, Eric Allen, and Mitchell Rushing.

Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 307 East Madison Street, Durant, MS 39063.
