She was born July 7, 1960, in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She met her husband 25 years ago and the family moved to Fort Davis in 1991 from Chaparral, New Mexico.
Mrs. Falkner served as director of the EMS program in Jeff Davis County, and was employed with Air-Stat Ambulance of Amarillo as an in-flight paramedic and emergency medical technician. She also continued to serve as a volunteer with the Fort Davis EMS.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Korhuniak.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Falkner of Fort Davis; sons, Seth Falkner of Dallas and Staff Sgt. Casey Falkner of Tucson, AZ; father and stepmother, Louie and Novaline Korhuniak of Yukon, OK; and sisters, Rita Nebgen and Theresa Peek, both of Midwest City, OK.
Killed also in the crash include; Ted Caffarel, 59; ; Guy Richard Folger, 78; Mary Folger,73; and Tracy Chambers, 42.
