I was talking to my Mother's cousin last night. She told me how she had talked to the probate office for Preble Co. Ohio. She found out that Margaret (Wilson) Steel was married to John K. Steel that owned land next to my 3rd Great Granpa, John M. Wilson. None of Margaret's kids married and had heirs. So they just shared the land amongst themselves until the last daughter, Margaret Steel, was left alive. Somone was upset because they wanted the land. She went ahead and willed the land to her Uncle John Wilson's heirs. My 2nd Great Grandpa, William Wilson, went back to Morning Sun, Ohio, from his home in Morning Sun. Ia., to prove he was an heir and claim the land. I assume he then sold it, because he went back home to Iowa. This will is proof that Margaret (Wilson) Steel is a sibling to John M. Wilson.
