He was born in Madison county, Ky., September 4, 1867, a son of Amos and Winnie
(Cardle) Agee, and was married to Kittie May Owens at Springfield November 21,
1883. He leaves his wife, one son, Coy Agee, Maroa, and one daughter, Mrs.
Blanche Thomas, Maroa. One child preceded him in death.
He was a member of the Methodist church, the Masonic lodge, Consistory, and the
Shrine.
The body was taken to the Reeser funeral home where services will be conducted
at 2 p.m. Saturday in charge of Rev. Guy O. Longenbaugh, Clinton. Burial will
be in Woodlawn cemetery.
