Sister of Three Springs Woman
Audrey M. Bair, 82, of Jefferson Drive, Chambersburg, died at 1:40 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 26, 1992, at Leader Nursing Home, Chambersburg. She was born Feb. 18, 1910 in Turtle Creek, the daughter of Charles and Mamie (Briggs) Rowe. On April 14, 1929, she was married to Victor J. Bair. He preceded her in death Nov. 12, 1978. Surviving are a son, Robert W. Bair, of Bountiful, Utah; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. One brother, Richard Rowe of Chambersburg, and a sister, Ruby Waite of Three Springs, also survive. Three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death. Mrs. Bair was of the Protestant faith. She was a homemaker. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30 at the Martin R. Brown Funeral Home, Orbisonia. The Rev. John Rauch will officiate. Interment will be made in the Orbisonia Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from noon until the hour of the service on Wednesday.
