Wetmore Services Are Conducted In Chapel
SONORA, Dec. 11 - Funeral services for Sherman Wetmore, 83, who died in his Columbia home Tuesday night after a long illness, were held in the Burden Chapel today with the Rev. Robert Tarr officiating. Interment was in Columbia City Cemetery.
A native of Fairfield and a retired miner, Wetmore had lived in Tuolumne County 69 years. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Katherine Wetmore; a son, Frank C. Wetmore of Long Beach, and a daughter, Mrs. H. S. Allen of Oakland.
