FAIRMONT - Aug 17. - Elbert Nye, son of Mrs. Nancy Nye and the late Joe Nye, 42, died Sunday morning shortly after an operation in John Hopkins hospital in Baltimore.
Surviving are his wife and one son of Baltimore; his mother, Mrs. Nancy Nye; two sisters, Mrs. Walley Floyd and Mrs. Mem Lewis; two brothers, Wade and Benson Nye; two half sisters, Mrs. J. W. Thompson and Mrs. Tess Tedder, all of Fairmont.
The body will be brought to Fairmont for burial.
