BRASHEAR. Mo. — Cecil D. Merrell, 75, of Brashear, died Wednesday (July 29, 1970) at 5:15 p.m. in the Adair County Nursing Home in Kirksville. Arrangements are pending at the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Brashear.

BRASHEAR, Mo.—Services for Cecil D. Merrell, 75, of Brashear, who died Wednesday (July 29, 1970) at 5:15 p.m. in the Adair County Nursing Home in Kirksville, will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Chapel in Brashear. Dr. Joseph W. Thompson will officiate. Burial will be in the Brashear Cemetery.
Mr. Merrell was born in Wyaconda July 18, 1894, the son of William and Emma Merrell. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Divine Scientist Church in Pueblo, Colo., where he lived for many years. He married Leta W. Milstead on Oct. 4, 1916.
Surviving are the widow, a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Winona) Little of North Glenn. Colo.: two sisters, Mrs. Mary Macey of Loveland, Colo, and Mrs. Helen Haney of Kansas City; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

BRASHEAR, Mo.—Services for Cecil D. Merrell were held Sunday in the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Joseph Thompson officiating. Burial was in the Brashear Cemetery. Pallbearers were Harold and Myron Propst, Pearl Schoene, Joe Little, Pete Patterson and Rex Meline.
