LEONA M. HENNINGS

Leona M. Hennings, 90, of 1028 Kretsch court, Kiel, died Monday, October 12, 1992, at Methodist manor Nursing Home, Milwaukee, where she resided the past three months. She is the former Leona Guetzloe, born March 6, 1902, in Kiel, daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Menne) Guetzloe. She was a graduate of Kiel High School. On June 17, 1925, she married Lawrence Hennings, in Kiel. The couple operated The Kiel Foundry, retiring in 1955. Her husband, Lawrence preceded her in death on August 31, 1989.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Marjorie (Roy) Bancroft, of Greendale, Wis.; three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one sister, Viola Luehrs of New Holstein. She was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters.
Friends may greet the family at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, on Wednesday. Burial will be in the Kiel Cemetery.
