FRANCESVILLE -- Howard L. Mitchell Sr., 55, of 8462 W. County Road 200 South, died Wednesday in Pulaski Memorial Hospital, of congestive heart failure. Survivors include his wife, Bobbi; three daughters, Rhonda and Miranda Mitchell, both of Francesville, and April Risner of Knox; a son, Howard Jr. of Francesville; three sisters, Sandy Humphrey and Amanda Messer, both of Medaryville, and Sadra York of Rensselaer; and three brothers, David Mitchell Jr. of San Pierre, Jim Mitchell of DeMotte and Ron Barnett of Rensselaer. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Querry-Ulbricht Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
