She is survived by her father, Joel Powell; a brother, Lucas Cook, both of Red Boiling Springs, TN; her grandparents, Terry and Connie Cook; Barbara and Danny Evetts; all of Lafayette, TN; David and Rita Powell; Andy and Rita Alexander, all of Red Boiling Springs, TN; great-grandparents, Mildred Cook and Annie Mae Gunter, both of Lafayette, TN; Juanita Powell and Harold Vaughn, both of Red Boiling Springs, TN; uncles, Jonathan Powell, Dustin Cook, and Toy Wix; aunts, Jamie Jones, Kellie Martin, Christy Wix, and Stephanie Duncan. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lashelle Powell, great-grandparents, Roy Powell, Mary Vaughn, Billy Cook, Walter Ray Gunter, Clemons Evetts, and Estes Harp.
Funeral services for Cadence Lashea Powell will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at Alexander-Goad Funeral Home with Eld. Terry Austin and Eld. Brad Carver officiating. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery.
