Mrs. Amanda Dixon.
Mrs. Amanda O. DIXON, 80, died Wednesday at the Methodist Home for the Aged. She was born June 20, 1859, in Marion County, West Virginia, and was married to Thomas ATHA, August 28, 1889, at Farmington, W.Va. He died August 12, 1900. She was married to W.J. DIXON of Topeka, August 25, 1911. They made their home in Liberal several years, later moving to Topeka. She was a member of the Euclid Avenue Methodist Church. She and her husaband entered the Methodist Home about three years ago.
Besides her husaband, she is survived by two sons by the former marriage, Archie R. and Clyde L. Atha, both of Oklahoma City.
Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at the Euclid Aveune Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
