Hesper Ann Joslin was married to Daniel Robert Henderson on August 18, 1913. But, first she was married to Renny Smith Cornell on September 2, 1908. Renny Smith Cornell was first married to Corintha O. Joslin. When Corintha became terminally ill, Renny hired Hesper to care for her. They fell in love and before Corintha died in February 1908, she gave her blessing for them to marry. They were married just over three and a half years when Renny died on April 16, 1912. Hesper then met Daniel Robert Henderson, they married and had six children. Their first child was named William Renny Henderson, William being Renny's father's name.
