She was born March 8, 1922, in St. Joseph, Mo., to Cecil LeRoy and Ona (Stephens) Sell. She married Clyde Aeschliman on April 20, 1941, in Sabetha, Kan. He preceded her in death on Dec. 7, 2000.
She also was preceded in death by one sister, LaVeta.
Surviving are one son, Douglas (Tarese) Aeschliman of Washburn; two daughters, Sharon (Frank) Neal of Eureka and Debbie (Larry) Gehrig of Princeville; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Victor, Robert and Larry.
An elementary school teacher, Queva had taught at Head Start in Peoria and was a substitute teacher with Deer Creek schools.
During World War II, while her husband was gone in the service, she worked in a munitions factory in Nebraska and taught in a one-room school house in Kansas.
She was a member of Deer Creek Baptist Church, where she had served as church pianist and was a Sunday school superintendent for many years. She was a 4-H leader of the Happy Lassies Club of Deer Creek for 14 years. She also was a former president of the Deer Creek PTA and Deer Creek Women's Club.
Private graveside services will be in Mount Zion Cemetery in Deer Creek.
