Born Nov. 14, 1907 in Rush County, she was the daughter of Emory B. and Mary Francis (Hankins) Scheibler. On Jan. 21, 1933, she married Rollyn J. Davis, and he preceded her in death June 20, 1978.
She had resided in Continuing Care at Decatur County Memorial Hospital since March of 1990. Her former residence was on the Vandalia Road, R.R.3, Greensburg. Since the death of her husband, she had lived in various nursing homes in the community.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Floyd (Patricia) Mohler, Indianapolis, and Mrs. Ron (Nancy) Bottom, Hampton, N.H.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. She was the last of her immediate family, and was preceded in death by four brothers, Arthur, Lucien, Russell and Clyde Scheibledr, and two sisters, Ethel Lunsford and Marie Bradburn.
The Rev. Rand Hooten will conduct services at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, Greensburg.
Burial will be in Union Chapel Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday.
