Funeral services were held in Panhandle Sunday for George W. Milton, 87, at the First Christian Church with Rev. Alvin Adams, pastor, officiating, assisted by Rev. James Todd, pastor of the Claude Christian Church.
Mr. Milton was born November 25, 1876, in Jersey County, Illinois, and moved to Panhandle in 1919.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters, two sons, tow sisters, and a brother, Elmer Milton of White Deer. Also 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
