Dell, Herbert J., age 78, of Dayton died Wed. March 3, 1999. Herbert was employed with Delco Products for 41 years, was a member of the 25 yr. club at Delco and was a veteran of WWII. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rita, a daughter Marilyn Anderson of Dayton, five sons and daughters-in-law, James and Emily, Kenneth and Jackie, Michael and Helen, Richard and Carl all of Dayton; a sister Mildred Shockey of Riverside; a brother Norbert of Dayton; nine grandchildren, Jacob, Kevin, Monica, Angela, Mark, Brian, Molly, Emily, Gregg and one great grandchild Carolyn. Mass of Christian Burial Sat. March 5, 10:00 a.m. at Ascension Church preceded by a prayer service 9:30 at the West Brock Funeral Home, 5980 Bigger Rd. The family will receive friends from 4:00-8:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Burial Calvary Cemetery.
